How do I recharge/renew my subscription
Step 1: Buy recharge cards from any zoom store and anywhere you
see zoom stickers “zoom recharge card sold here”
Step 2: Log in to client.zoomnigeria.com and follow the instructions
in there.
How do I install my modem?
Plug in your new modem and follow the instructions on the pop up
window that appears on your computer screen. See the Zoom welcome brochure for more details.
How do I transfer my balance to a new modem ?
Go to the nearest zoom store
Fill a transfer request form and the transfer will be activated as
soon as your request is processed – your balance will be transferred
as well.
How do I subscribing to the service?
At point of sale, you should have one passport photo, a utility bill and
a form of identification (national).
You would also go through our sim registration process where we
take your photo ID, finger prints and other details.
This is based on requirements by law.
Can I renew my subscription online?
Yes. Log on to client.zoomnigeria.com and following the instructions.
Do I need to register my modem?
Yes, This is required by the law and can be done at point of sale.
