Edwin Momife (Chief Executive Officer)
Edwin has over 20 years corporate experience in senior sales and marketing leadership positions with some of the top technology and Telecommunications companies across the globe such as Xerox, V-Band, Eyelet, Business Objects SA (SAP), Misys and Global Crossing. At MTEL, Edwin served as both Chief Marketing and Customer Operations Officer and the Chief Executive Officer. He has a combined Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Economics & Master’s Degree in International Business Management. Edwin has driven a number of sizeable projects and transactions in Nigeria in the fields of Finance, Construction, Entertainment and organisational transformation Initiatives.

Ed Osuagwu (Chief Information Officer)
Ed has 20 years experience in Information Systems & Technology with expertise in strategy, advisory & technology business management. He has operated at very senior levels on both sides of the technology spectrum as a vendor/technology provider and as a user of technology services. Ed has worked in Europe and Africa for multinationals such as Xerox, Microsoft, Perot Systems Corporation, MTN and Ecobank Transnational Inc. He has an MBA, M.Sc. Electrical Engineering (Computer Systems), B.Eng (Electronic Engineering), and is a PRINCE 2 Certified Project Management Practitioner.

Tawa Bolarin (Chief Commercial Officer)

Tawa has 10 years experience in the telecoms and mobile phone industry from both Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Reliance, she consulted for BT Telconsult, as the General Manager for Enterprise products and marketing at MTN Nigeria. She has also worked as a Senior Manager for Products and Proposition at Virgin Media and Car Phone Warehouse (TalkTalk) in Europe

Tawa holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Westminster in England.  She is a business transformation expert with a wealth of knowledge in commercial strategy, product management and development, market insight, brand development and customer marketing. She has a track record of success in taking new products from concept to market and optimizing product performance.

Andy Ibekaku (Chief Technical Officer)
Andy has over 20 years telecommunications experience, having worked with AT&T Wireless and Nortel Networks both in the USA. He has a master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering. He is a core member of telecommunication Community, and has contributed immensely in establishing industry best practices and standards, as well as strategic improvement initiatives. His leadership competencies have driven cultural changes in the telecom industry and constantly reinforce positive behaviour.

Kerian Chidi Enechi, (Company Secretary and Legal Adviser)
Kerian brings on board, 23 years of critical Legal and management experience. In the past 11 years, he has focused on information and communication technology with cross functional roles in change management and legal support for high commercial transactions. He has successfully managed several key goal-specific projects and delivered real value, through experience and skills in effectively coordinating variables.A self motivated team player, he has good business ethical values and a ready ability to analyze and work through ideas to rapidly achieve solutions. He graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1986 and was called to the Nigerian bar in 1987.

Eunice Obiegbunam (AG. Chief Financial Officer)
Eunice holds a BSC in Accounting from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka and an MBA in Finance from Prifysgol Cymru University of Wales.
Eunice commenced her career in 2001 at Deloitte formally known as Akintola Williams & Co.(Chartered Accountants). She is an experienced Treasury, risk and control professional with diversified client service experience in Treasury Management, auditing and corporate governance.
In November 2009, she joined Reliance Telecommunications Ltd(Trading as Zoom) as a treasury manager and controls the Treasury and financial Operations of Reliance Telecommunications Ltd. She is an associate member of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Nigerian Institute of Management.
Eunice is currently Ag. Chief Finance Officer of Reliance Telecommunication Ltd.
